Trade Culture provides educational content, training programs, webinars, and learning materials related to financial markets and trading.

Trade Culture is an educational platform only and does not provide investment advisory services.

Founder Rahul Sharma holds a NISM SEBI Investor Awareness Certificate. Trade Culture is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser (IA) or Research Analyst (RA).

2. No Investment Advice

All content, courses, videos, webinars, discussions, examples, and materials provided by Trade Culture are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

• No financial advice
• No buy or sell recommendations
• No portfolio management services
• No stock tips or trading signals

Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.

3. Risk Disclosure

• Capital loss may occur.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Payments & Refunds

All course fees are inclusive of applicable taxes, including 18% GST where applicable.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Less than 20% of course content should be accessed.
• No refunds will be processed after 7 days.
• Trade Culture reserves the right to verify course usage.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All Trade Culture content including videos, PDFs, presentations, graphics, website content and learning materials are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.

• Sharing account credentials is prohibited.
• Recording course sessions is prohibited.
• Redistributing course content is prohibited.
• Reselling content is prohibited.

Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

6. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into agreements.
• Services are intended for Indian residents.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trade Culture, its founder, instructors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses
• Investment losses
• Business losses
• Indirect or consequential damages

Under no circumstances shall Trade Culture's liability exceed the amount of fees paid by the user.
